We had major changes that had to be done to the Zen Cart coding to conform to the requirements of our manufacturers. Portali spent time discussing these requirements so he had a firm grasp on what we needed. He also set us up with a tool that literally cut my maintenance time in half. He completed the job in record time and not only tested it himself but walked through several testing steps with me online. His personal touches were not only appreciated but refreshing in this day and age.

I personally have worked with a couple different shopping carts and unfortunately, various programmers for customization. On more than one occasion we were told a special modification needed to be installed only to find out later that the mod was already built into the store. When Portali is on the job, you know your time and money is not wasted and that he will take only the time necessary to meet the objective.
