Norseshop.com needed an online eCommerce site,
which could retail the extensive Norsewear range of clothing and accessories.
Using Portali-Store, Norseshop have deployed an online product catalogue of over 300 products, with the ability for customers to browse and purchase Norsewear online.
Norseshop had a specific layout required for displaying each product, which was easily configured using Portali-Store. This included the ability to create and manage a large number of colour and size attributes as well as a large amount of text for each product.
With hundreds of Norsewear products available, Norsehop needed a scalable eCommerce engine to manage the large volume of products, customers and orders.

- Customised product displays to provide the greatest amount of Norsewear information possible for each product
- Online Live Help to enable customers to talk interactively with a sales agent via their web browser
- Click Stream reporting to show the path through the site taken by customers, enabling the site to be re-organised for better access
